Parcels, Packaging and Shipment Information
We understand that our customers want to receive their orders with maximum efficiency and minimal fuss. We aim to dispatch all orders from our website within one day of the date of purchase. All domestic 'Next Day' parcels are dispatched up to 12pm on the same day, although we can often dispatch these parcels later in the day depending on the volume of daily orders.
Domestic parcel orders are shipped with either Royal Mail on the 48 hour parcel service (no tracking) or the 48 hour Tracked service (SMS and email notifications) for larger parcels typically 2kg or more in weight. Next Day parcels are shipped on a tracked next day service with FedEx.
International parcel orders are sent with a variety of couriers depending on the parcel weight and location. We typically use the following couriers: Royal Mail, DPD, Yodel, UPS. Delivery times do vary depending on location but parcels are typically delivered within 3-5 working days worldwide.
Larger orders are shipped by pallet and the prices are calculated either by UK postcode or country. International pallet orders are shipped by road or sea and not by air if they contain liquid products.
We take pride in packaging our products well and we use specially designed boxes for most of our common products. We also strive to re-use as many boxes as possible in order to minimise waste. Any waste cardboard that we do generate, and cannot be re-used, is sent for recycling once a week.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Damages do rarely occur, but if they do, let us know and we will resolve the issue swiftly.
