Parcels, Packaging and Shipment Information
We understand that our customers want to receive their orders with maximum efficiency and minimal fuss. We aim to dispatch all orders from our website within one day of the date of purchase. All domestic 'Next Day' parcels are dispatched up to 12pm on the same day, although we can often dispatch these parcels later in the day depending on the volume of daily orders.
Our products are shipped with either Royal Mail on a non-tracked 48 hour service (for parcels up to 2kg) or any parcels 2kg and above are shipped with FedEx on a tracked 24 hour delivery service.
We send our products all over the world, and international orders are shipped with Royal Mail (parcels up to 2kg) or FedEx depending on the size of your order and location. Delivery times depend on your location, but delivery to mainland Europe is normally fulfilled in 3-5 working days. If our website does not currently accommodate your delivery location, please contact us and we will do our best to source a delivery option for you.
Larger orders/pallet orders - We regularly send out larger orders on small and large pallets to the UK and all over Europe. If you or your business is considering purchasing any of our products in bulk, please contact us as we can offer you very competitive product and shipping prices.
*Please allow additional time for UK pallets to arrive. At the moment transport networks are overwhelmed with freight which is resulting in delays and some deliveries are taking longer than the specified time to arrive*
Shipping costs are calculated on a country by country basis and we only charge the actual shipping costs given to us by the courier companies– we do not make money on shipping! The vast majority of orders are transported overseas by FedEx which operates a fast and tracable global parcel service.
Brexit Update: Please note that any international orders are subject to a 0% UK VAT tariff but will be subject to local taxes (your country's VAT) at the final delivery country. This will be made apparent to you once the parcel arrives in your country as you will be contacted by your in-country Customs service. International businesses that trade with us with a valid VAT number will of course be able to claim VAT back.
We take pride in packaging our products well and we use specially designed boxes for most of our common products. We also strive to re-use as many boxes as possible in order to minimise waste. Any waste cardboard that we do generate, and cannot be re-used, is sent for recycling once a week.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Damages do rarely occur, but if they do, let us know and we will resolve the issue swiftly.
