Nutrilube Assembly Paste

A white, non-toxic compound with a grease-like consistency, blended with a high solids lubricant content specifically designed as an assembly lubricant and anti-seize compound, for use in the food processing industry where there may be incidental food contact. Nutrilube Assembly Paste is authorised as an H1 approved product. It meets or exceeds the requirements of CFR Title 21 and paragraph 178.3750 of the FDA regulations. Nutrilube Assembly Paste is designed to prevent damage during start-up and protect against premature wear during the running-in period. Nutrilube Assembly Paste is suitable for a wide variety of operating conditions, is extremely water resistant and will remain in place even after frequent wash downs. It additionally possesses a high degree of corrosion resistance. Nutrilube Assembly Paste will help to prevent seizure of threaded components thereby enabling quick and easy dismantling, and will provide protection against scuffing during assembly. The low coefficient of friction afforded by Nutrilube Assembly Paste helps to prolong component life during the running-in period.

Application

Nutrilube Assembly Paste possesses wide performance characteristics and should be applied sparingly as a thin film. Surfaces must be cleaned well before application, and due to its high solid content it is not ideally suited for the lubrication of rolling element bearings.
