Lubrisolve Classic Gear Oil SAE 140 GL-1

Application

Designed for use in equipment where a gear lubricant formulated without extreme pressure (EP) additives is specified. Formulated to protect period seal and gasket materials and to be completely compatible with phosphor-bronze bearings as well as other yellow metal components. Primarily for use in pre-1950 car, commercial and agricultural gearboxes and transmissions where an API GL-1 gear oil is required.

Note: this non-EP formulation may not be suitable for use in many automotive applications built after 1951 – use in more modern equipment may cause unsatisfactory performance or possible harm or damage – please check compatibility before use.
