Description

Lubrisolve Band Saw Oil Bio Soluble is a water extendable concentrate for band saw oil applications, designed to lubricate and cool the shear blades. Formulated on vegetable oil derivatives, it is biodegradable and non-toxic. It has been developed to provide long blade life and quality of cut at high dilution rates.

 It is particularly suited to direct dosing systems where the lubricant concentrate is injected into the water immediately prior to the spray heads. It can be used in re-circulating systems although agitation of the emulsion in the holding tank is recommended.

 Application

Lubrisolve Band Saw Oil Bio Soluble should be injected into water at a point of maximum turbulence and at a temperature above 10°C. For best lubrication results softened water (<20 ppm) is recommended.
